To provide an elevation seat having a link operation force substantially constant at a low cost.SOLUTION: An elevation seat includes a torsion bar 51 energizing a seat cushion upward where the torsion bar 51 is arranged at a position apart from a rotation axis of an inner side rear link 29 along the rotation axis; a body part 53 with one end side fixed to an outer side floor member 1; and an arm section 57 which is connected with another end of the body part 53, has a movable press-contact part to the inner side rear link 29, and energizing the inner side rear link 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
