To improve workability in maintenance on a drive unit for a rotor blade.SOLUTION: A drive unit 20 includes: an actuator part 30 having a cylinder part 40 with one end from which an output rod part 60 connected to an aircraft flap 12 projects; an attachment part 80 disposed on a side of the other end of the cylinder part 40; a reaction link part 120 of which one end is connected to the flap 12 and of which the other end is connected to the attachment part 80; and a connecting/disconnecting part for connecting or disconnecting the cylinder part 40 from the attachment part 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
