To further provide a system and a method for forming a flight plan which reduces energy consumption of an unmanned aircraft vehicle.SOLUTION: In a flight plan route modifying system which modifies a flight plan route by referring to a map that defines a passable area of an unmanned aircraft, while the flight plan route is a route in which the start point Ps, the waypoints P1, P2, ..., Pj (j is a natural number), and the end point Pe are connected in order by a straight line, a route is searched which minimizes a number of waypoints/candidate points that can pass through the passable area; when there is only one route which minimizes the number of searched waypoints/candidate points, the route which minimizes the number of the searched waypoints/candidate points is set as a new flight planning route and stored; and when there are a plurality of routes which minimize the number of waypoints/candidate points, one of the routes that minimizes the number of the searched waypoints/candidate points is selected, set as a new flight planning route, and stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】無人航空機のエネルギー消費を抑制する飛行計画を作成するための更なるシステム及び方法を提供すること。【解決手段】無人航空機の通過可能領域が定められた地図を参照して飛行計画経路を修正する飛行計画経路修正システムであって、飛行計画経路は、始点Ps、ウェイポイントP1,P2,・・・,Pj(jは自然数)、終点Peが順に直線で結ばれた経路であり、通過可能領域を通過可能な、ウェイポイント/候補点の数が最小となる経路を探索し、探索されたウェイポイント/候補点の数が最小となる経路が1つであった場合、探索された前記ウェイポイント/候補点の数が最小となる経路を新たな飛行計画経路とし、探索されたウェイポイント/候補点の数が最小となる経路が複数であった場合、探索された前記ウェイポイント/候補点の数が最小となる経路のうちの1つを選択し、新たな飛行計画経路として設定し記憶する。【選択図】図6
