To provide a vehicle battery control system that can prevent a user from having a strange feeling about a power consumption when a battery is charged, while charging the battery properly.SOLUTION: The vehicle battery control system includes: calculation means 20 for calculating a necessary charge length of time which is a necessary length of time to charge a battery 10 to a target charge level without driving a battery heater 12; and an operation terminal 30 which can deliver information to a user outside a vehicle and can receive an operation to be done by the user. When a temperature of the battery 10 is lower than a determination temperature and the necessary charge length of time is longer than a reservation charge time zone, the operation terminal 30 issues a heater drive recommendation notification to recommend a user to drive the battery heater 12. When the operation terminal 30 receives an input indicating that the recommendation is to be followed, the operation terminal drives the battery heater 12 when the battery 10 is charged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
