To increase the quantity of a travel wind that passes through an intercooler to further enhance air-cooling performance of the intercooler.SOLUTION: A cooling structure of an intercooler 1 is a structure for air-cooling the intercooler 1, arranged in an engine compartment, by a travel wind blown into the engine compartment in front of a vehicle via an opening 4 at a front end part of the vehicle. The structure is provided with a rectification member 6 that generates a fast flow 81 and a slower flow 82 caused by the travel wind that passes through between a front bumper 3 of the vehicle and a hood 2 and heads for the intercooler 1, and directs the travel wind toward a destination of the slower flow 82 and a front of the intercooler 1 to change the posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
