To provide a belt transmission comprising a drive pulley whose external teeth are not deformed even if performance of an electric motor is measured while fitting a facility input shaft into a facility shaft hole of the drive pulley fixed to an output shaft of the electric motor.SOLUTION: A drive pulley 36 comprises: a first hole 36a which is formed over a predetermined first range Ar1 from an end at the side of a motor M in an axial direction of an output shaft 37 and to which the output shaft 37 is fitted so as to be integrally rotatable; and a second hole 36b which is formed over a predetermined second range Ar2 from an end at an opposite side of the side of the motor M. A plurality of convex shapes S are formed at equal intervals over a full circumference in a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral surface of the second hole 36b.
