To heighten the accuracy of estimating static capacitance between a power supply line and earth ground in a ground fault detection device.SOLUTION: The ground fault detection device comprises: a switch group for switching between a first measurement path that includes a battery and a capacitor, a second measurement path that includes a battery, a negative insulating resistance, and a capacitor, and a third measurement path that includes a battery, a positive insulating resistance, and a capacitor; a reference resistor and a switch for test; and a control unit for calculating a first reference value on the basis of each charge voltage when the switch for test is opened and the capacitors are charged for a first duration, and calculating insulating resistance referring to a conversion map created in correspondence to static capacitance between a power supply line and earth ground. The control unit calculates a second reference value on the basis of each charge voltage when the switch for test is closed and the capacitors are charged for a second duration shorter than the first duration and estimates static capacitance referring to a prescribed conversion map for test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】地絡検出装置において、電源ラインと接地との間の静電容量の推定精度を高める。【解決手段】地絡検出装置は、バッテリ、コンデンサを含んだ第1測定経路と、バッテリ、負側絶縁抵抗、コンデンサを含んだ第2測定経路と、バッテリ、正側絶縁抵抗、コンデンサを含んだ第3測定経路と、を切り換えるスイッチ群と、基準抵抗およびテスト用スイッチと、テスト用スイッチを開にして、コンデンサを第1時間で充電した場合の各充電電圧に基づいて第1参照値を算出し、電源ラインと接地との間の静電容量に対応して作成された換算マップを参照して絶縁抵抗を算出する制御部とを備え、制御部は、テスト用スイッチを閉にして、コンデンサを第1時間より短い第2時間で充電した場合の各充電電圧に基づいて第2参照値を算出し、既定のテスト用換算マップを参照して、静電容量を推定する。【選択図】図1
