To provide a railway vehicle including a fastening structure capable of facilitating adjustment work of a spacer member and eliminating cleaning processing of chips while preventing the spacer member from coming off, and a method of manufacturing the railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle 10 includes a fastening structure TK for fastening a fixed part 3 of a member 7 to a support part 1 of the railway vehicle with a screw member 4 while sandwiching a spacer member 2. The spacer member includes an approximately U-shaped notched hole 23 which is formed such that the screw member can be inserted in a plate thickness direction and formed by notching the screw member between an insertion part 21 and an end edge part 22. The notched hole is closed with a closing member 5, which is detachably locked to the end edged side of the spacer member when the fixed part is fastened to the support part with the screw member while sandwiching the spacer member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】スペーサ部材の調整作業を簡単にできると共に、スペーサ部材の脱落を防止しつつ、切粉の清掃処理を不要にできる締結構造を備えた鉄道車両とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道車両の支持部1にスペーサ部材2を挟んで部材7の固定部3をネジ部材4で締結する締結構造TKを備えた鉄道車両10である。スペーサ部材には、ネジ部材を板厚方向へ挿通可能に形成され、ネジ部材の挿通部21から端縁部22まで切り欠かれた略U字状の切欠き孔23を備え、支持部にスペーサ部材を挟んで固定部をネジ部材で締結した状態では、切欠き孔は、スペーサ部材の端縁側に着脱可能に係止された閉じ部材5によって閉塞されている。【選択図】 図3
