To receive a remote ID more reliably even in a situation where it is difficult to receive a remote ID that is transmitted from a target unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).SOLUTION: An unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring system uses an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) 31 for capturing to acquire a remote ID of a target UAV 11. The UAV 31 for capturing has such a configuration that an UAV body 33 performing flight operation in accordance with a steering signal transmitted from an UAV controller 35 (operating device) is provided with a capture device 32 having a remote ID receiving function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
