To provide a vehicle body rear part structure capable of transmitting an input load to a rear part of a floor reinforcing member at an early stage when an impact load is inputted from a vehicle rear side.SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear part is equipped with a rear floor, a floor reinforcing member, a traction load receiving portion, and a rear side load receiving member. The rear floor is disposed at the vehicle body rear part. The floor reinforcing member is provided on a lower surface of the rear floor, and extends from a rear end portion of the rear floor to a vehicle front side. The traction load receiving portion projects out downward from a rear portion of the rear floor through the floor reinforcing member. The rear side load receiving member projects out to a vehicular rear side with respect to the traction load receiving portion from a lower portion of a rear wall of the floor reinforcing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
