To provide a vehicle body rear part structure capable of stably suppressing the movement of a spare tire in an occupant chamber direction when an impact load is inputted from a vehicle rear side.SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear portion is equipped with a rear floor pan 11, a floor pan reinforcing member 20, and a traction load receiving portion. In the rear floor pan 11, a spare tire 16 is laterally disposed on an upper surface side, and a generally center portion of the spare tire 16 is fixed. The floor pan reinforcing member 20 is fixed to a lower surface of the rear floor pan 11. The traction load receiving portion projects out downward from a rear portion of the rear floor pan 11 through the floor pan reinforcing member 20. The floor pan reinforcing member 20 at least partially extends from a supporting position of the traction load receiving portion to a vehicle front side with respect to a fixing position of the spare tire 16. In a reinforced area of the rear floor pan 11 by the floor pan reinforcing member 20, on the front side of the fixing position of the spare tire 16, an easy deformation portion 22 is provided, which has low bending strength as compared with front and rear areas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両後方からの衝撃荷重の入力時に、乗員室方向へのスペアタイヤの移動を安定して抑制することができる車体後部構造を提供する。【解決手段】車体後部は、リヤフロアパン11、フロアパン補強部材20、牽引荷重受け部を備える。リヤフロアパン11は、上面側にスペアタイヤ16が横置きに配置され、スペアタイヤ16の略中心部が固定される。フロアパン補強部材20は、リヤフロアパン11の下面に固定される。牽引荷重受け部は、フロアパン補強部材20を介してリヤフロアパン11の後部から下方に突出する。フロアパン補強部材20は、少なくとも一部が牽引荷重受け部の支持位置からスペアタイヤ16の固定位置よりも車両前方側に延びる。フロアパン補強部材20によるリヤフロアパン11の補強領域のうちの、スペアタイヤ16の固定位置よりも前方側には、前後の領域に比較して曲げ強度が低い変形容易部22が設けられている。【選択図】図1
