To provide: a flight vehicle capable of constructing a radio communication area over a long period; and a construction system of a radio communication area using a flight vehicle.SOLUTION: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a drone 1 includes: a radio relay station 11; a propeller driving motor 12; a power control circuit 21; a battery 22; a power generator 23; an engine 24 that drives the power generator 23; and a fuel tank 25 storing fuel to be supplied to the engine 24.
