To provide a motor control device and the like which can suppress electric power consumption due to response lag of an engine, while avoiding control from being complicated.SOLUTION: An MG-ECU functions as a motor control device that controls a motor generator connected to an engine. The MG-ECU performs feedback control so that a rotation speed approaches a rotation speed-command value NC, using a rotation speed-detected value determined by detecting the rotation speed of the motor generator. When a rotation speed of the engine increases, the MG-ECU makes an MG torque limiter set an upper limit on a torque command value for the motor generator that is generated by the feedback control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】制御の複雑化を回避しつつ、エンジンの応答遅れに起因する電力消費を抑制可能なモータ制御装置等の提供。【解決手段】MG-ECUは、エンジンと接続されるモータジェネレータを制御するモータ制御装置として機能する。MG-ECUは、モータジェネレータの回転数を検出した回転数検出値を用いて、回転数指令値NCに回転数が近づくようにフィードバック制御を行う。さらに、MG-ECUは、エンジンの回転数が上昇するとき、MGトルクリミッタにより、フィードバック制御にて生成されるモータジェネレータのトルク指令値に上限を設定する。【選択図】図5
