The guide member 13 is configured such that the upper end of the guide member 13 is at a lower position than the lower end of a seismic isolation device 10, and a contact member 14 whose upper surface is configured to be able to contact the guide member 13 is installed in advance on a crane 2. When the crane 2 floats upward, the upper surface of the contact member 14 is brought into contact with the guide member 13 to prevent the crane 2 from floating upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
