A circumferential groove 10 located between a middle land part 12m on a first end side of the tread surface 6 and a middle land part 12m on a second end side thereof is a circumferential narrow groove 36. The circumferential narrow groove 36 comprises a taper part 40 including a groove port 14 and a shank 42 including a groove bottom 34. When the tire 2 comes into contact with a road surface, a pair of groove walls 30 are brought into contact with each other on the shank 42. The taper part 40 includes a wide part 44 with a wide groove port 14 and a narrow part 46 with a narrow groove port 14.
