To provide a technique which allows for detecting a target object without relying solely on electromagnetic waves within a given wavelength band, such as those of lasers, radars, etc.SOLUTION: A system 100 provided herein comprises a camera 21 mounted in a vehicle and configured to generate a captured image of the outside of the vehicle, detection units 22, 33 configured to detect speed violation control devices from the captured image using a machine learning model, and control units 24, 32 configured to provide control based on detection results of the detection units 22, 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
