The control system executes a subsequent vehicle prioritize process for allowing a subsequent transportation vehicle Vb to go to a second post-branch region 33b, by changing a route of an object transportation vehicle Va just going to a first post-branch region 33a and allowing it to go to the second post-branch region 33b, on condition that the subsequent transportation vehicle Vb is going to the second post-branch region 33b different from a first post-branch region 33a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】複数の分岐後区間の1つで搬送車が円滑に走行できない事態が発生しても物品搬送設備の全体での物品の搬送効率が低下しにくい物品搬送設備を実現する。【解決手段】複数の搬送車Va、Vbを制御する制御システムを備え、制御システムは、後続搬送車Vbが第一分岐後区間Vaとは異なる分岐後区間である第二分岐後区間33bへ進行しようとしていることを条件として、第一分岐後区間33aへ進行しようとする対象搬送車Vaの進路を変更して第二分岐後区間33bへ進行させることで、後続搬送車Vbを第二分岐後区間33bへ進行させる後続優先処理を実行する。【選択図】図5
