To provide an uniaxial twin-rudder ship with a variable pitch propeller capable of maneuvering a ship position with high accuracy while controlling a thrust force acting on front, rear, right, and left of a hull to the same magnitude.SOLUTION: A blade angle commanding part 671 has a functional circuit which calculates a target propeller thrust force required for generating a target thrust force in a target hull movement direction in correlation data, calculates a target blade angle required for outputting the target propeller thrust force, and commands the calculated target blade angle to a hull movement control part 662. A rudder angle commanding part 670 has a functional circuit which calculates a target steering angle required for directing a thrust force around a stern of the target thrust force toward the target hull movement direction in the correlation data, and commands the calculated target steering angle to the hull movement control part 662.
