The present invention relates to a sample water analyzing apparatus which comprises: a chamber accommodating sample water; a photographing unit for photographing the sample water in the chamber; and a control unit for analyzing images continuously photographed by the photographing unit. The control unit receives a plurality of images for each species to use learning data generated through machine learning, obtains a moving region by comparing the continuously photographed images, and determines survived species in the moving region by comparing the learning data with the moving region, thereby providing a highly accurate analysis result through artificial intelligent image recognition.
