본 발명은 샘플수 분석장치에 관한 것으로, 샘플수가 수용되는 챔버; 챔버 내의 샘플수를 촬영하는 촬상부; 및 촬상부를 통해 연속 촬영된 영상을 분석하는 제어부;를 포함하되, 제어부는, 생물 및 무생물의 이동경로를 추적하여 생성된 제1트래킹(tracking) 이미지를 각각 입력받아 기계학습을 통해 생성된 모델데이터(model data)를 이용하고, 연속된 2개의 프레임들의 차이를 근거로 이동개체를 검출하고, 검출된 이동개체를 추적하여 제2트래킹 이미지를 생성하고, 모델데이터와 제2트래킹 이미지를 비교하여 이동개체가 살아있는 생물 또는 무생물인지를 판단하도록 구성됨으로써, 진동이나 흔들림이 발생되는 선박 환경하에서 샘플수 내의 부유물과 살아있는 수중생물을 보다 정확하게 구분하는 효과가 있다.

    The present invention relates to a sample water analysis device comprising: a chamber in which sample water is received; an imaging unit for imaging sample water in the chamber; and a control unit that analyzes images continuously captured through the imaging unit. The control unit is configured to: use model data generated through machine learning by receiving first tracking images generated by tracking movement paths of living things and inanimate objects, respectively; detect a moving object on the basis of a difference between two consecutive frames; generate a second tracking image by tracking the detected moving object; and compare the model data with the second tracking image to determine whether the moving object is a living organism or an inanimate object. Under a ship environment where vibration or shaking occurs, floating objects in sample water and living aquatic life can be distinguished more accurately.
