Disclosed is a heat exchanger having an integrated structure for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a heat exchanger for a vehicle which heat-exchanges a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant with cooling water cooled by the outside air to condense the refrigerant into medium-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant. The heat exchanger for a vehicle includes a condenser having a laminated plate structure in which a first refrigerant inlet port at a high temperature and a high pressure is formed at one side, a first refrigerant discharge port is formed at the other side, and a plurality of heat exchange plates are stacked in one direction to form a flow channel therein; a receiver driver mounted adjacent to one side of the condensing portion, for receiving refrigerant from the first refrigerant discharge port, filtering and dehumidifying the condensed refrigerant, and delivering the refrigerant to the supercooling portion; a second refrigerant inlet formed on one side of the condenser and adapted to receive refrigerant from the receiver driver, a second refrigerant outlet formed on the other side of the condenser, a plurality of heat exchange plates stacked in one direction, a supercooling portion of a wedge-shaped structure on which a plurality of heat dissipating plates are formed; an intermediate plate mounted between the condenser and the subcooling portion, the middle plate having a first flow path communicating with the first refrigerant discharge port and the receiver driver, and a second flow path communicating with the receiver driver and the second refrigerant inlet; and a coupler mounted between the intermediate plate and the receiver driver to make the refrigerant flow channels communicate with each other. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle heat exchanger that can simplify the structure of a vehicle heat exchanger, realize a compact structure of an integral structure, reduce a manufacturing process, and reduce cost.

    일체형 구조의 차량용 열교환기가 제시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량용 열교환기는, 고온고압의 냉매를 외기에 의해 냉각된 냉각수와 열교환하여 중온고압의 냉매로 응축하는 차량용 열교환기로서, 일측에 고온고압의 제 1 냉매 인입구가 형성되고, 타측에 제 1 냉매 토출구가 형성되며, 다수의 열교환 플레이트를 일방향으로 적층하여 내부에 유동채널을 형성한 적층판형 구조의 응축부; 상기 응축부의 일측에 인접하여 장착되고, 제 1 냉매 토출구로부터 냉매를 전달받아 응축된 냉매를 여과 및 제습한 후 과냉각부에 전달하는 리시버 드라이버; 상기 응축부의 일측에 인접하여 장착되고, 리시버 드라이버로부터 냉매를 전달받도록 일측에 제 2 냉매 인입구가 형성되고, 타측에 제 2 냉매 토출구가 형성되며, 다수의 열교환 플레이트를 일방향으로 적층하여 내부에 유동채널을 형성한 적츨판형 구조의 과냉각부; 상기 응축부 및 과냉각부 사이에 장착되고, 제 1 냉매 토출구와 리시버 드라이버와 연통되는 제 1 유로 및 리시버 드라이버와 제 2 냉매 인입구와 연통되는 제 2 유로가 형성된 직육면체 구조의 중간 플레이트; 및 상기 중간 플레이트와 리시버 드라이버 사이에 장착되어 냉매 유동채널을 서로 연통시키는 커플러(coupler);를 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차량용 열교환기의 구조를 간소화하여 일체형 구조의 콤팩트한 구조를 구현하고, 제작 공정을 축소하여 원가를 절감시킬 수 있는 차량용 열교환기를 제공할 수 있다.
