The present invention relates to an IoT-based vehicle quarantine control system. According to the present invention, a vehicle sterilizer is installed at vehicle sterilization centers (vehicle sterilizers) installed at regional bases, feed companies, cattle markets, slaughterhouses, and so on so that livestock-related vehicles can be sterilized regularly. In addition, the vehicle numbers of members are registered so that automatic recognition and access control can be performed for each visit. Further, group setting by a group leader is performed so that vehicles in each group can be managed computationally. As a result, infectious diseases can be prevented by means of the IoT-based vehicle quarantine control system. According to the present invention, the vehicle sterilizer is pre-installed at the regional bases, feed companies, cattle markets, slaughterhouses, and so on and an IoT-type LPR (100) and a vehicle blocker (200) are installed at the livestock-related vehicle sterilization center where the vehicle sterilizer is to be installed. As a result, whether the vehicles have been sterilized is managed with regard to the entering vehicles, the livestock-related vehicles can be regularly sterilized based on the data, and contagious disease transmission via the vehicles can be forestalled.

    본 발명은 아이오티기반의 차량 방역 관제시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 차량살균기를 지방 거점별, 사료회사, 우시장, 도축장 등에 설치된 차량살균센터(차량살균기)에 설치 구성하여 축산관계 차량을 정기적으로 살균하도록 하며, 회원들의 차량번호를 등록시켜 방문시마다 자동 인식하여 출입 통제를 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 그룹장에 의해 그룹을 설정하여 해당 그룹에 포함되는 복수의 차량들에 대하여 전산적으로 관리할 수 있도록 함으로써, 사전에 전염성 질병을 예방할 수 있도록 하는 아이오티기반의 차량 방역 관제시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해 차량살균기를 지방 거점별 혹은 사료회사, 우시장, 도축장 등에 설치되었거나 앞으로 설치될 축산 관계자 차량살균센터에 IoT형LPR(100)과 차량차단기(200)를 설치하여 출입하는 차량들에 대하여 차량 살균 여부를 관리하며 이 자료를 바탕으로 축산관계 차량을 정기적으로 살균하도록 함으로써, 사전에 전염성 질병이 차량을 통하여 전염되는 것을 예방할 수 있게 된다.
