본 발명은 냉각수 히터에 관한 것으로, 인덕션 히팅 방식을 이용해 발열체를 가열하는 냉각수 히터에 있어서 냉각수가 하측에서 유입되어 발열체와 접촉되면서 상측방향으로 유동되어 상측으로 배출되도록 형성되어, 냉각수의 기포 배출성을 향상시켜 발열체의 과열을 방지할 수 있으며, 인덕션 코일이 권취되어 고정되도록 하는 구조물인 보빈과 발열체 간의 거리를 충분히 두면서 동시에 냉각수의 유동 분배를 조절하여, 발열체 및 주변 구성품들의 과열을 방지할 수 있는 냉각수 히터에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a coolant heater which heats a heating element by using an induction heating method, in which a coolant is introduced from the bottom and is in contact with the heating element to be flowing to an upper side direction and discharged to the upper side. Thus, a bubble emission property of the coolant is improved to prevent excessive heating of the heating element. The coolant heater comprises: a body (100); a housing (200); an upper portion heather (400) and a lower portion heather (500); a bobbin (600); an induction coil (300); and a heating element (310). The induction coil is wound to fix a bobbin, and a sufficient space between the bobbin and the heating element is provided while adjusting flow distribution of the coolant to prevent excessive heat of the heating element and nearby components.
