In the present invention, proposed are a flying apparatus and a flying method which can provide a safe flight path, wherein the flying apparatus comprises an environment detection unit for detecting environmental conditions for each of a plurality of air spaces within a flight area, a path determination unit for determining the risk of a designated path based on the detected environmental status, and a path supplementary unit for complementing the designated path using the result determined by the path determination unit.

    본 발명은, 비행 구역 내의 복수의 공역마다 환경 상태를 감지하기 위한 환경 감지부와, 감지된 환경 상태를 기반으로 지정된 경로의 위험성을 판단하기 위한 경로 판단부와, 경로 판단부에서 판단한 결과를 이용하여 지정된 경로를 보완하는 경로 보완부를 포함하는 비행 장치와, 이에 적용되는 비행 방법으로서, 안전한 비행 경로를 제공할 수 있는 비행 장치 및 비행 방법이 제시된다.
