The present invention relates to a flight apparatus and a flight method using the same. The flight apparatus comprises: a flight unit to fly along a designated route; an environment detection unit to detect an environment state at a position of the flight unit; a route determination unit to determine a risk of the designated route by using a detection result transmitted from the environment detection unit; and a route supplement unit to supplement the designated route by using a result determined by the route determination unit. The flight apparatus and the flight method can provide a safe flight route.

    본 발명은, 지정된 경로를 따라 비행하기 위한 비행부와, 비행부의 위치에서 환경 상태를 감지하기 위한 환경 감지부와, 환경 감지부로부터 송신되는 감지 결과를 이용하여 지정된 경로의 위험성을 판단하기 위한 경로 판단부와, 경로 판단부에서 판단한 결과를 이용하여 지정된 경로를 보완하는 경로 보완부를 포함하는 비행 장치 및 이를 이용한 비행 방법으로서, 안전한 비행 경로를 제공할 수 있는 비행 장치 및 비행 방법이 제시된다.
