The present invention relates to an AI-based vehicle brake control method to prevent accidents in a blind spot of a driver, which may recognize a person who suddenly appears around the side or rear of the vehicle that is difficult for a driver to see. The vehicle brake control method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step (a) of allowing a sensor unit installed in the vehicle to film the vicinity of a vehicle in real time and then generate image data; a step (b) of allowing a control module to generate a brake operation signal and deliver the signal to a brake control device when a person is recognized from the image data; and a step (c) of allowing the brake control device to control the operation of the vehicle's brake pedal based on the brake operation signal. The brake control device is coupled to the vehicle's brake pedal and then controls the operation of the brake pedal according to the brake operation signal.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른, 차량 브레이크 제어방법에 있어서, (a) 차량에 설치된 센서부로 차량의 인근을 실시간으로 촬영하여 영상 데이터를 생성하는 단계; (b) 영상 데이터로부터 사람이 인식되면, 제어모듈은 브레이크 동작신호를 생성하여 브레이크제어장치로 전달하는 단계; 및 (c) 브레이크 동작신호에 기초하여 브레이크제어장치는 차량의 브레이크 페달의 동작을 제어하는 단계를 포함하고, 브레이크제어장치는 차량의 브레이크 페달과 결합되어, 브레이크 동작신호에 따라 브레이크 페달의 동작을 제어한다.
