The present invention relates to a remote drone station system for flood disaster management and more specifically to the remote drone station system for flood disaster management comprising a drone unit composed of a drone and a drone station installed on site so that an on-site situation can be grasped quickly and flood volumes can be investigated immediately in cases where flood investigation personnel cannot respond to the scene of a flood in a river without a bridge or a site vulnerable to flooding; and a situation room connected to the drone unit in a wired manner to remotely operate the drone and the drone station. Regarding an integrated GCS of a situation room of a local disaster center or a central disaster center and the drone, a manager working in the situation room can remotely control the drone to remotely measure the drone's flight and the river's flow rate, and can also monitor flooded areas and flooding situations in real time using the camera installed on the drone in a state where the integrated GCS and the drone are connected to each other through a mobile communication network.

    본 발명은 수재해 재난관리를 위한 원격 드론 스테이션 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히 설명하면 교량이 설치되지 않은 하천 및 홍수시 안전이 취약한 현장에 홍수 발생시 조사인력의 현장 대응이 불가한 상황에서 신속하게 현장상황 파악 및 홍수량 조사 등을 즉각적으로 대처할 수 있도록 현장에 설치된 드론 스테이션과 과 드론으로 이루어진 드론부와, 상기 드론부와 유선으로 연결되어 드론 및 드론 스테이션을 원격으로 운영하는 상황실과, 상기 지역재난센터 또는 중앙재난방재센터 상황실의 통합 GCS와 드론은 이동통신망으로 연결된 상태에서 상황실에 근무하는 관리자가 원격으로 드론을 조종하여 드론의 비행 및 하천의 유속을 원격으로 측정함은 물론 드론에 설치된 카메라에 의해 침수구역 확인 및 홍수발생 상황등을 실시간 모니터링 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
