The present invention relates to a shock absorbing structure of a railroad car coupler which comprises: a coupler for coupling a railroad car installed in a lower part of the railroad car; a main buffer unit for buffering a shock applied to the coupler when the railroad car is coupled provided in the back of the main buffer unit; and an auxiliary buffer unit for absorbing the shock with the main buffer unit provided in the back of the main buffer unit. According to the present invention, even if a shock larger than a level that the main buffer unit can buffer is applied to the coupler provided in the railroad car, the shock is stably buffered by the auxiliary buffer unit provided in the back, thereby preventing the coupler and a center room from being damaged.

    본 발명은 철도차량 연결기의 충격 흡수 구조에 관한 것으로; 철도차량의 하부에 철도차량을 연결하기 위한 연결기가 설치되고, 상기 연결기의 후부에는 철도차량을 연결시 연결기에 가해지는 충격을 해소하기 위하여 메인 완충부가 구비되며, 상기 메인 완충부의 후단에는 메인 완충부와 함께 충격을 흡수하는 보조 완충부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 철도차량에 구비되는 연결기에 메인 완충부가 해소할 수 있는 충격 이상의 가해지더라도 후부에 구비되는 보조 완충부에 의해 안정적으로 해소하게 되어 연결기 및 센터실이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
