According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a vehicle control system considering a sudden unintended acceleration state. The vehicle control system considering a sudden unintended acceleration state comprises: an RPM measurement sensor measuring RPM of an engine; an acceleration pedal sensor outputting an acceleration pedal signal; a brake state measurement unit outputting a signal about a state of a brake pedal; and a control unit determining that a vehicle is in a sudden unintended acceleration state when the RPM of the engine is outputted by at least a preset value while the acceleration pedal signal is not outputted to control at least one between an electronic vacuum pump or an electronic parking brake (EPB).

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 급발진 상태를 고려한 차량 제어 시스템을 제공한다. 급발진 상태를 고려한 차량 제어 시스템은 엔진의 RPM을 측정하는 RPM 측정 센서, 엑셀 페달 신호를 출력하는 엑셀페달센서, 브레이크 페달의 상태에 대한 신호를 출력하는 브레이크 상태 측정부 및 상기 엑셀 페달 신호가 출력되지 않은 상태에서 상기 엔진의 RPM이 기설정값 이상으로 출력되면 차량이 급발진 상태에 있는 것으로 판단하여 전자식 진공 펌프 또는 전자식 파킹 브레이크(Electronic Parking Brake: EPB) 중 적어도 하나 이상을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
