전기 자동차(100)는, 전기 모터(4F, 4R)를 구동원으로서 갖는다. 전기 자동차(100)는, 전기 자동차(100)의 운전에 사용하는 운전 조작 부재(22, 23)와, 수동 변속식 내연 기관차의 변속 조작에 사용하는 조작 부재를 모방한 의사 변속 조작 부재(24, 25, 26)와, 운전 조작 부재(22, 23)의 조작에 따라서 전기 자동차(100)를 제어하는 프로세서(102)와, 전기 자동차(100)의 회생 브레이크가 작동했을 때에 생성되는 전기 에너지를 충전하는 차량 탑재 전지(2)를 구비한다. 프로세서(102)는 운전자의 선택에 의해, 상기 의사 변속 조작 부재(24, 25, 26)의 조작을 상기 전기 모터(4F, 4R)의 토크에 관련짓는 제어 모드를 실행한다.

    A battery electric vehicle (100) includes an electric motor (4F, 4R) as a driving source. The battery electric vehicle (100) includes: a driving operation member (22, 23) that is used to drive the battery electric vehicle (100); a pseudo shifting operation member (24, 25, 26) imitating an operation member that is used to perform a shifting operation of a manual transmission internal combustion engine vehicle; a processor (102) that controls the battery electric vehicle (100) according to operation of the driving operation member (22, 23); and an in-vehicle battery (2) that is charged with electrical energy generated when regenerative braking of the battery electric vehicle (100) is applied. The processor (102) executes, according to selection by a driver, a control mode in which operation of the pseudo shifting operation member (24, 25, 26) is associated with torque of the electric motor (4F, 4R).
