The present invention relates to an emergency braking system for a vehicle, comprising: a braking member disposed in a lower region of a vehicle body so as to be movable from a corresponding position to a road surface, wherein the braking member is pressed against the road surface to prevent arbitrary movement of the vehicle body when emergency braking is required; a first emergency braking unit connected to the vehicle body and the braking member, and operating the braking member; a second emergency braking unit disposed adjacent to the first emergency braking unit and selectively connected to the braking member, and supporting the braking member together with the first emergency braking unit while providing a cushioning or levitating function to the vehicle body; a first mechanical press button provided on a decoration board of a driver's seat and driving the first emergency braking unit in a mechanical press manner; and a second mechanical press button disposed around the first mechanical press button and driving the second emergency braking unit in a mechanical press manner.
