The present invention relates to an emergency braking apparatus for a vehicle and, more particularly, to an emergency braking apparatus for a vehicle, which can carry out emergency braking of the vehicle without slipping even in a high-velocity state, as well as in a low-velocity state, so as to prevent accidents or reduce damage due to accidents, comprising: a braking body having one end that is axially coupled to a lower side of the vehicle and the other end provided with a braking blade that generates a braking force when coming into contact with the ground; and an electric winch which is provided on a lower portion of the vehicle to be spaced apart from the braking body, and winds or unwinds a main wire connected to the other end of the braking body, wherein a returning member to which the elastic force is applied toward the vehicle is connected to the other end of the braking body, and thus, when the main wire is wound by the electric winch, the other end of the braking body is pushed by a force greater than the elastic force of the returning member so that the braking blade comes into contact with the ground.

    La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil de freinage d'urgence pour un véhicule et, plus particulièrement, à un appareil de freinage d'urgence pour un véhicule, qui peut effectuer un freinage d'urgence du véhicule sans glisser même dans un état à vitesse élevée, ainsi que dans un état à faible vitesse, de sorte à empêcher des accidents ou à réduire les dommages dus à des accidents, comprenant : un corps de freinage ayant une extrémité qui est couplée axialement à un côté inférieur du véhicule et l'autre extrémité munie d'une lame de freinage qui génère une force de freinage lorsqu'elle vient en contact avec le sol ; et un treuil électrique qui est disposé sur une partie inférieure du véhicule pour être espacé du corps de freinage, et qui enroule ou déroule un fil principal relié à l'autre extrémité du corps de freinage, un élément de rappel auquel la force élastique est appliquée vers le véhicule étant relié à l'autre extrémité du corps de freinage, et, ainsi, lorsque le fil principal est enroulé par le treuil électrique, l'autre extrémité du corps de freinage est poussée par une force supérieure à la force élastique de l'élément de rappel de telle sorte que la lame de freinage vienne en contact avec le sol.

    본 발명은 차량 긴급 제동 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 저속 상태인 경우는 물론, 고속 상태인 경우에도 차량을 미끄러짐 없이 급제동시킬 수 있어 사고를 예방하거나 사고에 따른 피해를 줄일 수 있도록, 차량의 하부 측에 일단이 축결합되고, 지면과 맞닿을 시 제동력을 발생시키는 제동블레이드가 타단에 구비된 제동본체; 상기 차량의 하부에서 제동본체와 이격되게 구비되며, 상기 제동본체의 타단에 연결된 주와이어를 감거나 푸는 전동윈치;를 포함하되, 상기 제동본체의 타단에는, 차량을 향해 탄성력이 작용되는 복귀부재가 연결되어, 상기 전동윈치에 의한 주와이어의 감김에 따라 상기 복귀부재의 탄성력보다 큰 힘으로 제동본체의 타단이 당겨져 제동블레이드가 지면과 맞닿는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 긴급 제동 장치에 관한 것이다.
