Supplier selection is a multi-criteria decisionmaking problem. It also faces many risks and problems. The traditional evaluation and decision-making of suppliers is inefficient and subjective. In order to select the best bidding supplier more scientifically and effectively, considering the main influencing factors of supplier selection comprehensively, on the basis of using FAHP-TOPSIS method, a modeling method based on BP Neural Network is introduced to reduce the subjectivity of artificial evaluation in the process of supplier selection and improve the work efficiency and intelligence level of supplier selection.
