We present the terahertz - time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) of microstructured poly(methylmetacrylate) (PMMA) polymer fiber which showed two pulses. The first, having almost the same feature as the reference pulse, is attributed to the THz wave that propagated through the hollow core and the second pulse is the THz wave that propagated in the microstructured cladding. We also present the shift of the transmittance peak between the fibers having a microstructured cladding diameter of 75 ¿m and 65 ¿m; showing their frequency selective properties.
