The drive for sustainable development and green technologies is revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) industry, especially in crafting high-performance, eco-friendly solutions for transportation. Developing Electric vehicles industry has created a demand for high-performance systems. BLDC motors convert more electrical energy into mechanical power with minimal losses, reducing overall energy consumption and lowering en-vironmental impact. These motors eliminates harmful emissions, such as carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, contributing to cleaner air and a reduction in global warming. Our research mainly focuses on the performance of the design, applications of BLDC motor in the view of urban electric mobility. We have designed a BLDC motor which is specifically designed to use in EVs,with a capacity of 2kW and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, aiming to contribute to the advancement of electric vehicles. The main aim of designing motor is to create a highly efficient solution for two-wheeler electric vehicles, enabling them to carry up to three passengers while boosting energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability in urban travel.
