Aiming at the problem that the current evaluation index of charging station is not comprehensive enough and the evaluation method is not perfect enough, the evaluation strategy of charging station is established. Firstly, a double-layer evaluation index system of charging station is established from three dimensions of scale, economy and service. Then, the weights of the three dimensions of the second layer are obtained by the subjective Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and then the weights of the 12 indicators of the third layer are obtained by the combination weighting method, and the second and third layers are multiplied to obtain the weight of each index. Secondly, the scores of each charging station are calculated by the obtained weights, and the service quality of one charging station is judged macroscopically by fuzzy evaluation. Finally, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to analyze the indicators that need to be improved in each charging station, which points out the direction for charging stations to improve their own services.
