This study proposes a dynamometer data extrapolation method that converts single-point measurements into complete China Light-duty Vehicle Test Cycle or Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Cycle operating conditions through torque-speed-efficiency matching rules. The approach enables comprehensive evaluation of electric drive systems while improving test accuracy. By reconstructing real-world driving patterns from bench tests, it facilitates early fault detection and significantly reduces development costs compared to conventional trial-and-error methods. The method demonstrates particular effectiveness in new energy vehicle powertrain testing, offering both theoretical and practical value for electrified propulsion system development.
