The report summarizes the environmental impact of the construction of a bridge and its approaches, across the Red Lake River, from Trunk Highway 220, about 1.5 miles southeast of the city of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, to Trunk Highway No. 2. It will provide a two lane undivided highway and a bridge above flood high waters. The only adverse effects will be the removal of a few trees and the loss of some farm land.
