The report summarizes the environmental impact of the reconstruction and resurfacing to current design standards a segment of County State-Aid Highway 39 from 6.4 miles East of Borup, Minnesota, to the junction of T.H. No. 32 and 113. As with any highway project, increased traffic may increase air, noise, and water pollution. However, this possible increase should not be above the level of that precipitated by the normal traffic increase.
