The first report of a study concentrating on short term airport access improvements in the Baltimore-Washington area, discusses the design and implementation of a suitable access services brochure. The report considers current access services at the region's airports and at non-region airports; functional requirements for information dissemination; brochure contents; distribution possibilities; and financial and management aspects of brochure development, maintenance, and dissemination.
