Telemetry/telecommand and tracking 24 hour contact times for SEAP (Spacelab Experiments Propulsion Platform) circular orbits between 200 and 1000 km and inclinations of 28.7, 55, and 90 deg are given. SEAP will bring a payload from Spacelab into a target orbit and return it afterwards possibly back to Spacelab or the shuttle orbiter. The return command guidance can be controlled from the ground networks of ESA or NASA or with the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS). For these three networks the contact times mentioned are given.
