In this study of the accident record and related traffic record systems in Maryland, the relevant programs, procedures, current operations and future plans of the state agencies involved in this area of activity were reviewed. The agencies so studies were: The Maryland State Police, the State Roads Commission, the State Department of Health and the Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition, the traffic record activities and needs of the State Department of Education and the State Judicial system were studied. (Author)
