The project proposes to construct an extension to the runway at Dillingham Airport, Dillingham, Alaska. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the airport through runway widening, extension, and surface treatment to provide a suitable facility. The only identifiable adverse environmental effects are the clearing of approximately 53 acres of spruce trees in the north approach to the runway and the creation of borrow pits for gravel material along the Alegnegik Road.
