This report was prepared as a final planning document by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District for the final feasibility study of navigational improvements at Olcott Harbor, Niagara County, NY. It summarizes considered and proposed plans for small boat navigation improvements at Olcott Harbor; identifies potential environmental and socio-economic (beneficial and adverse) impacts associated with the plans; identifies proposed mitigation measures; summarizes the assessment and evaluation of the alternative plans and coordination and views of other Federal, State and local agencies and the public.
