The compromise between Ride & Handling is always a challenge in the vehicle development.At the beginning of a project, overall subjective ratings targets are set and must be accomplished for the production vehicle.These overall subjective ratings are composed by many subjective ratings and many times by objective measurements, where the final value depends upon the chassis engineer feeling. Two vehicles with opposite behavior may have the same overall subjective values when a simple average of ratings is performed.This software shows how subjective ratings can be understood as an objective value, allowing vehicle comparison and development tracking.
