It is very important to consider the impact of port shoreline utilization on the surrounding habit environment during port planning. Taking planning of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as an example, this paper proposes a habitat level analysis method for port shoreline utilization planning based on the existing air quality monitoring, population distribution and other data. Factors of impact on the surrounding habit environment are considered during port planning. The research results can provide decision support for port shoreline utilization selection.
