This paper describes the Robotic-Applications Development Laboratory (RADL) system developed by Adaptive Automation, Inc. in conjunction with ASEA Robotics, Inc. The system has been designed to provide NASA with a general purpose robotic research and development testbed for the integration of robot systems and sensor systems at the Launch Equipment Test Facility, Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
