This paper describes day-to-day model , and presents the capacity of the new link will affect the Braess’s paradox in dynamic process. When its capacity increases, the cost of the new link will decreases. When the system cost of the new network is larger than the old network , Braess’s paradox will occur .Finally ,numerical analysis shows that the capacity of the new link will affect the Braess’s paradox in day-to-day.
