Telemetry information received from aboard the spacecraft is a dataset that describes its state. Most small satellites transmit information to the Earth in the amateur frequency range, and the quality of the received information depends on many external factors, so errors can occur during the reception of telemetric information. As a result, the missing data appears in arrays of telemetry information. This article examines the application of existing methods of imputing missing data for arrays of telemetry information. The paper includes the definition of data types that are present in the telemetry data of the small satellites of the “AIST” series and evaluation of the efficiency of the methods of imputing missing data for arrays of small satellites telemetry information. As a result, an algorithm using the methods of imputing missing data for the processing of telemetric information for small satellites of the “AIST” series. Also, the mean absolute percentage error of prediction to assess the quality of imputed data was obtained. The proposed algorithm reduces the quantity of missing data in arrays of telemetry information, and it allows to obtain a more accurate representation of the processes on board spacecraft.
