Transportation of municipal solid waste (MSW) by rail requires the development of specialized containers that provide protection from precipitation, protect the environment from odors and harmful emissions, and automate the loading of MSW. As such a container, a specialized container made of honeycomb vacuum panels with an internal conveyor for automatic loading of pressed MSW briquettes is offered. A 3-D model of a specialized container for the transport of MSW with external dimensions corresponding to the standard 20 DC container has been developed. The internal dimensions of the cargo space of the container are 4500×1300×2300 mm, which allows you to place in the container no more than eight bales of briquetted waste with dimensions of 1200×1100×1100 mm and a total weight of 15 tons.
